Accessibility & assistance

We want Carmelevy to be usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and continue to review and improve the service. This statement is not a certification of full conformance.

Using the website

• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, and Enter or Space to activate buttons.
• A “Skip to main content” link appears when focused with the keyboard.
• Use your browser’s text size and zoom settings. The site respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
• The homepage sample chat starts when you choose a question or press Play demo. You can pause it.
• The introduction video has playback controls and a separate text version describing its content.

Tell us about a barrier

Email help@carmelevy.com with “Accessibility help” in the subject. Tell us which page or task was difficult and how you would like us to respond. If useful, include your browser and assistive technology. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or private guest links.

Current review limits

Our initial review covers the public pages and the markup of owner forms. We have not completed an independent assistive-technology audit of every signed-in workflow. Payments use Stripe, and guest chat uses Voiceflow. These third-party interfaces need further testing with keyboards and screen readers. Contact us if they prevent you from using the service, so we can help you find an alternative way to complete your task.
