Can I update my property information myself?
Yes. Your apartment dashboard is where you can keep your property details up to date. Sign in to your owner dashboard to add or update your condos.
Who is this subscription for?
Carmelevy is for owners and managers of vacation homes, condos and other short-term rentals. Each property has its own profile, subscription and guest QR code.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before your 7-day trial ends to avoid a charge. After the trial, eligible new condos pay $29 USD/month for 3 paid months, then $49 USD/month. Cancel anytime. Your service stays active until the end of your paid billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription from My account. Monthly billing means you do not have to commit to all three promotional months.
Does the concierge make bookings or provide emergency help?
Keep a human contact available for bookings and requests that need extra help. For an emergency, contact the local emergency services directly.
