Carmelevy AI Concierge

Terms of Service

Your subscription at a glance

1. Who we are and who may subscribe

Carmelevy Concierge AI is operated by Carmelevy, Inc. ("Carmelevy," "we," "us"). These terms govern our website and concierge service. An owner accepting these terms must be at least 18 and authorized to manage the property and bind the subscribing business, if applicable. Guests may use a host-provided concierge without buying a subscription. The service is not directed to children under 13.

2. What the concierge does

Owners maintain a property profile and receive guest access through a private link or QR code. The AI concierge answers questions using available property information and may suggest local services. The public demo contains illustrative sample information, not a description of every property. We do not manage your rental, supervise guests, provide emergency services, or guarantee bookings or increased revenue.

AI responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Owners must review and update property information. Guests should confirm important information with their host, particularly safety, drinking water, access, accessibility, and appliance instructions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services and your host directly. Do not rely on the concierge for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

3. Trial, price, and automatic renewal

The introductory trial is 7 days for a condo's first eligible subscription. Checkout shows the trial end, renewal price, billing frequency, and any discount before you confirm. A payment method is required. By expressly agreeing at checkout, you authorize Stripe, our payment processor, to save your payment method and charge the disclosed recurring amount on our behalf after the trial and each month thereafter until cancellation.

The standard recurring total is $49 USD per month per condo, including any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your bank may impose separate currency conversion or cross-border fees. For an eligible condo’s first subscription, the launch offer is $29 USD per month for the first three paid monthly invoices after any eligible 7-day free trial, then $49 USD per month. The offer applies automatically unless you choose to enter a different promotion code. Offers do not stack. Canceling and restarting does not renew eligibility. Existing subscriptions retain their current terms. Promotional discounts follow the duration and conditions shown at checkout. Unless the offer says otherwise, the standard price resumes when the promotion ends. Complimentary offers only apply within their stated conditions. A trial does not restart when a condo's subscription is canceled and recreated.

Changes to an existing subscription's price or renewal terms will be disclosed in advance with cancellation instructions and any consent required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively alter charges already incurred.

4. Cancel online

Sign in to My account, select the subscribed condo, choose Manage subscription, and confirm cancellation in Stripe's customer portal. You can also open the billing portal directly using your billing email. Canceling one condo does not cancel subscriptions for other condos.

A cancellation stops the next renewal. Access normally continues until the end of your current paid period or trial, as shown in the portal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Merely closing the chat, removing a QR code, or signing out does not cancel billing.

If you cannot access the portal, email help@carmelevy.com with your account email and condo name and clearly request cancellation. Do not send card details or passwords. You do not have to speak to a salesperson to cancel.

5. Refunds and billing questions

Canceling does not automatically refund a charge already made or create a prorated refund for an unused portion of a month. For a duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or disputed charge, or a service problem, contact help@carmelevy.com. We review refund requests individually. This policy does not limit any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other right required by law.

6. Owner content and private links

You retain ownership of the property information you provide. You give us permission to store, process, and display it, including through our service providers, as needed to operate your concierge and support your account. You must have permission to share that information and keep it lawful and accurate.

Anyone holding a guest link or QR code may access the information shared for that property. Share it carefully. Do not upload owner passwords, payment details, identity documents, confidential files, or door access codes; use your usual secure channel for access codes. You are responsible for your account credentials and for notifying us of suspected misuse.

7. Acceptable use and third-party services

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, exposing another person's private information, bypassing access restrictions, interfering with other properties, or attacking the service. We may restrict abusive or unsafe activity and suspend access for nonpayment. We will explain account restrictions where practical and permitted by law.

OpenTable, Uber, restaurants, and other linked services operate independently. Links are for convenience. You complete reservations, rides, payments, and cancellations with those providers under their terms. A suggested link does not guarantee availability or constitute a booking.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI answers. Maintenance, network issues, or provider outages may affect access. Keep a direct host contact and essential arrival and safety instructions available outside the concierge.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. No provision waives your mandatory legal rights.

9. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. It is a notice about our practices, not permission to send you marketing messages. We will post a new date when these terms change and provide additional notice or request renewed agreement for material changes when required. New terms apply prospectively; we do not treat your previous checkout as acceptance of future material changes.

California law governs to the extent it does not override mandatory protections applicable where you live. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. For support, cancellations, privacy requests, or legal questions, contact Carmelevy, Inc. at help@carmelevy.com or use our support form.
